Do you have a trades background Do you have strong leadership skills gained on a building site If youve answered yes to both questions then this role with a growing property development / rental business covering, at present, Cheshire and South Manchestercould well be the role for you! The role will give you the chance to be influential in the direction and growth of the business by working with the team to identify the best sites and projects and play a part in the design phase and then driving the execution.The RoleAs a Site Manager, youll be responsible for residential property development projects (both renovations and new builds) - these projects may vary from an extension on a terraced house through to the conversion of nursing homes into apartments throughto multi million pound "Grand Designs" style homes. Youll be responsible for ensuring each project is completed on time, within budget and to expected quality levels by working with the Project Manager, a team of trades professionals and suppliers. Otherkey responsibilities will include ensuring site safety, maintaining quality control and preventing problems before they happen!You...To succeed in this role its imperative that you have strong leadership skills that have been gained on a building site and have a full driving licence and access to a car. In addition, youll need to be organised and will thrive within a businesswhere priorities are often changing.This role is available on either a permanent (salary) or contract (day rate) basis - pay is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
