Job Description

Your role will be to promote a happy and healthy life for this person, supporting her to do all the things in life that she enjoys, as well as supporting with important day to day responsibilities such as preparing meals and running her own home which she shares with her father. This person thoroughly enjoys making her own choices and decisions and it will be your role to enable her to do this by giving her plenty of time and encouragement.This person has a great sense of humour, and loves a laugh and a smile as it helps her to relax. She also enjoys a wide variety of music and tv shows, ranging from Carry-On films and Mr Bean, through to the soaps while Abba and Church Hymns are often the music of choice. This person has enjoyed life fully involved in her community, supported by her family and friends, and this is something that she would like to return to with the right support from both you and her family.You don’t need experience to be a Support Worker with Discovery, as we will give you all the training and support you need to make your new career a success!Why join us
