The reasons for this are because it is a very fast-paced position, and we need people that can hit the ground running. You will be required to be confident and tech savvy, therefore, someone at the start of their scheduling career might not be the right fit at this time.Preferably you have exposure or current experience within the healthcare industry and already have extensive scheduling experience. However, if you are someone with a super strong admin/customer service background, are comfortable being on the phones and have a good understanding of geographies across the UK, then we can have a chat.At Bionical, delivering a world class service is super important. Therefore, you will be the type of person that not only wants to make a difference but also wants to be part of a dynamic team of individuals, and someone who has a "get up and go" attitude.Flexibility is also key. Our team works on a rota basis to cover the hours from 7am-10pm, Monday to Sunday, working every other weekend.WHAT IS THE JOB LIKEYou will be creating and organising a daily schedule across the UK to provide to our nurses. This is a great opportunity for you to be at the heart of ensuring our patients needs are met.You will be reviewing processes to increase efficiency for our nurses. This means having a look at the current travel times and locations for nurses and making sure they have enough time to deliver a world class service to our patients.Now, because you will be talking to nurses pretty much every day.
