Working along side the wider team HR and Payroll team this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to who is looking to furthertheir career in HR and to be part of a rising team. Here are some of the day to day responsibilities: -

  • Manage and priorities personal workload to agreed SLAs.
  • Handle high volume administrative and transactional activities related to colleague experience.
  • On/off boarding, leave management, HR compliance, records management and retention.
  • Take ownership of the on/off boarding process from the recruitment team.
  • Manage Absence process and assist T&A where required.
  • Provide BI Reports to business as and when required.
  • Respond to any calls/queries related to Transactional HR and Payroll.
  • Create Maternity & Paternity Payment pattern and provide to relevant personnel.
  • Ensure that team are aware and have access to detailed calculations.
  • Ensure all lifecycle changes are correctly authorized and completed correctly and on time.
Experience
  • Educated to GCSE level.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, especially Excel.
  • At least one years relevant work experience.
  • Well-organized, good team player, problem -solving approach.
  • A Good working knowledge of HR Legislation and Employment law.
Desirable (not essential)
  • CIPD Level 3 or above.
  • Previous experience of HR systems (i.e. Mitrefinch or a similar system)
  • Experience in same industry.
