An awarness of Social Value practices is a bonushowever, this can be taught.You will be responsible for a designated region (Yokrshire or Lincolnshire)where you will be delivering educational sessions in schools and colleges so strong presentationand public speaking skillsare a must!This is a full-timerole, 37.5 hour, you will be out and about most days delivering outreach activities in various locations across Yorkshire & Lincolnshire depending on your location.Here’s why you’ll love this role…- You will be delivering outreach activities or taking part in events at schools, colleges, community groups or similar. This may be on your own or with other members of the team.- Establish and manage community engagement partnerships (schools, community groups, charities etc) as part of Quicklines Social Value strategy.- Work in partnership with key stakeholders to support with the development and delivery of programmes such as employability skills, online safety and local business and community engagement.- Work with supply chain partners to develop social value action plans and support the delivery of these. Monitor and report on social value outcomes achieved on projects.- Become a STEM ambassador and deliver STEM activities.- Work with Quickline teams to integrate social values throughout the business. Develop opportunities to increase employee volunteer engagement, fostering a culture of giving back. Utilise social media and newsletters to share team achievements and communityimpact.Here’s why you’ll be great in this role…- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
