Harthill Primary Care Network is a 40,000 patient group of practices covering Haltemprice locality and consists of 7 GP practices: Anlaby Surgery, Cottingham King Street Surgery, Market Weighton Surgery, North Ferriby Surgery, Park View Surgery, Peeler House Surgery, Willerby & Swanland Surgery.We believe in adding to and improving the skill-mix of our primary care team. We already have a prescribing pharmacist and social prescriber and now seek to recruit an enthusiastic paramedic to be part of our dynamic network team, with a primary role in managing our care home patients.Within our network we provide a supportive, learning work environment to enable personal and professional development. The successful candidate will be supported in attaining prescribing qualifications. They will receive support from a named general practitioner and the wider multidisciplinary team within the PCN.
