Job Description

Call Handler - Patient Services AdvisorBased in Hull, HU10Offering £18,576 per annum Full time, permanent roleWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known and established optometrist clinics who can currently boast that they are one of the leading providers of NHS eye patient services within the UK. Their services allow them to drastically reduce NHS surgerywaiting times for eye related services along with providing the very best quality and care to their patients. They are currently recruiting for an experienced, confident and focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Hull.Working Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week; working Monday - Sunday, 5 days per week between 8am-6pm
  • Working 1 in 5 Saturdays
The Role:
  • Providing first class customer service for all patients - ensuring to give a memorable and positive experience in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handling a diverse range of enquiries, responding and resolving patient requests aiming for a 1st time resolution.
  • Dealing with communication across various channels including; inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Provide a confident and knowledgeable service and solutions.
  • Liaise with internal and external bodies when dealing with post operative enquiries.
  • Work in line with company SLAs and individual KPIs.
  • Accurately maintaining and updating patient records on the patient management system with every patient contact made.
The Person We are looking for a passionate, personable and focused Customer Service Advisor who has:
  • Previous Customer Service experience, it would be highly desirable for the successful candidate to have previous experience within a call based environment but this is not essential. Our client is willing to provide a high level of training to the rightcandidate who posses the right personality, attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new ICT systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
