Our Health & Medical Solutions (HMS) business works across both Primary and Secondary Care sectors. Our expertSales Teams rely on our CRM system to effectively plan out activities and keep in touch with their customers and product orders.The CRM Specialist will manage the CRM system, with a key focus on developing it to ensure it is fit for purpose as business needs change and our CRM platform becomes larger. You will work with internal departments closely to implement and maintain the system,new tools and processes. You will prepare and execute training programmes across the internal teams, ensuring best practices are maintained.We are currently working remotely but the successful applicant will be required to travel to the office in Willerby for meetings as and when required by business needs.Who You Are
