Job Description

Administrator Location: Willerby, HullParking: Not SpecifiedJob Type: TemporaryDuration of booking: Expected to last up to 8 weeksProposed start date: ASAPSector: HealthcareBase: Health CentreBand: 2Pay Rates: £10.69 paye inclusive of holiday payWorking Days and Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmRemote working option: Not PossibleTravelling for work purposes: No Travel RequiredJob Summary This role requires an experienced professional administrator / secretary who has a flexible approach to work, the ability to prioritise and work on their own initiative.Duties

  • Provide an efficient administration/reception support service
  • To undertake office duties and general administration including message management, operation of brought forward systems, dealing with telephone calls and enquiries, production of documents, photocopying, collating of documents and electronic filing
  • Provide operational support to colleagues, and supervision of band 2 administration staff within the team, if required, as directed by the Service Manager
  • To collect and maintain accurate team information with regards to training undertaken, Clinical Supervision and any other database
  • Responsible for ensuring that accurate work is completed within the time limits and standards set
  • To work effectively both independently and as a team member
  • Inputting and updating patient information and team activity on computerised information systems, creating patient notes where necessary and according to policy.
  • Undertake training of new staff as directed by Line Manager and/or other managers.
  • Facilitate meetings including venue booking, refreshments, producing and circulating agendas, recording attendance and accurate minute taking
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Be proficient in the use of IT systems including Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, Database & internal systems including Patient and staff Information systems
  • Good general education including English Language and Maths to GCSE or equivalent
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Understanding of data protection and maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role
