Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting for a passionate Team Leader, to manage the day to day running of the Service Delivery Team in their Willenhall based Service Branch. Supporting the Branch Manager, you will be results, KPI and people drivento ensure customers get the best possible service.

  • Understand client expectations in respect of SLAs and KPIs, and work closely with the team to drive performance, so they can ensure that as a company they constantly improve delivery levels.
  • Prepare reports to identify and monitor progress of Coordinators and Technicians on a weekly / monthly basis.
  • Undertake some aspects of management including 1:2:1s, appraisals, training and development, running team meetings etc.
  • Continuously improve branch output and customer delivery levels and drive sales through monitoring performance, as well as training and supporting coordinators and techicians.
  • Maximise utilisation, productivity of coordinators and technicians to improve gross margins within branch.
YOUR SKILLS
  • People skills including experience of coaching and developing a small team.
  • Great communication skills, in order to liaise with employees and customers.
  • Previous experience working in a high pressured, fast-paced and target driven environment.
  • Excellent time management is needed, as well as being computer literate and system driven
  • Technically minded with an open approach to learning our products and services
  • Strong commercial awareness & good geographical knowledge (midlands area)
  • Quick learner with a strong adoption towards system & process
