We are an independent sector hospital however all of our patients are NHS patients and we work very closely with local NHS trusts to ensure promote recovery and facilitate discharge at the earliest opportunity that is safe. We have a diverse and extensive MDT including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Speciality Doctors, Night Managers, Support Workers, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Activity Coordinators, the Senior Management Team and discharge co-ordinators from our local NHS trusts.We pride ourselves on excellent working relationships with patient, families and external agencies to support collaborative working and ensure clear communication throughout the care pathway.Our wards are:Finch Ward - 12 bedded male acute wardRobin Ward - 8 bedded male acute wardSwan Ward - 8 bedded female acute wardJob Advert Role DescriptionAt Lakeside View, we pride ourselves on our family values and treating each other with respect, valuing contributions and a real team effort for improving patient experience.Requirements:We are seeking a full time Speciality Doctor who will care for 14 patients at Lakeside View alongside a full time Consultant Psychiatrist
