We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to join our Leadership & Organisational Development team as a Service Development Manager. This is a new role and is offered on a permanent part-time basis working 20 hours per week.We are based in a modern office space in Willenhall, where we regularly come together as functional and project teams to collaborate, and of course catch up. However, we do all also work from home and our clients sites across the region - generallywere in the office one or two days a week.The RoleReporting to the Director, Leadership, OD & Resourcing, this is a pivotal role within the Leadership and OD team responsible for managing the commercial consultancy service and is the lead interface with our L&OD service leads and our talent bank of associatesIn this role you will take clients briefs, write proposals, and prepare bids for work, to meet our clients needs, which may be a combination of bespoke or off the shelf products and services.You will also source, design, and launch new Leadership and OD products and services, and subsequently monitor the outcomes to capture impact, value added and improvements. You will work closely with our WME Associates who you will commission to deliver,on behalf of WME, to our clients across the region.This is a client facing role in which you will proactively promote and sell the products WME offer including the design and promotion of marketing materials.The Leadership and OD team, of which youll be part of delivers;
