Blakemore, equipping our partners with the appropriate content and tools to improve customer loyalty, drive footfall and increase basket spend and support marketing activityacross our Wholesale Division.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:To support the activation of the group Selling Plan across the groupTo set up Point of Sale (POS) related codes for POS kits, update the POS master with codes, quantities and contents, delivery timelines, booking in information, allocation lists etcTo work closely with Customer Services and Depot to resolve POS related queries and review in regular POS meetingsAssist in the creation, development and distribution of marketing collateral using the POS set up system, liaising with artworkers, agencies and printers to support both B2B and B2C audiencesLiaise with creative teams and internal stakeholders (including trading, logistics, sales and operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing services to divisions/customers.To administer the Marketing email group and liaise with stores to update them on requests including activity, POS queries, POS quotes and Adhoc jobsEnsure accurate records of activity are maintained to ensure timely delivery of activity against budgets and timescalesKey Job Information:May be required to travel to sites other than normal place of work for business purposes.Could be required to stay away from home overnight or attend evening events on behalf of the business.The role is currently working from home but hybrid working will be required with c. 2 days a week in the officeContract type: PermanentLocation: Willenhall (West Midlands) or Talbot Green (Pontyclun)Hours: 40 Hours Per WeekSalary: circa £20,000Benefits: Staff Discount, Company Pension Scheme, Company Sick Pay Scheme, Additional Holidays, Long Service Awards, Cycle to Work Scheme, Life Cover, Employee Volunteering opportunitiesClosing date for applications: 30th May 2022You may have experience of the following: Marketing Admin Assistant, Administration Assistant, Administrator, Marketing Administration Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Administrator, Office Admin, Marketing Officer, Office Administration, Marketing ExecutiveAdmin Assistant etc.Ref: 133 014
