West Midlands Employers have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our busy Leadership & Organisational Development (L&OD) team as a Customer Service Assistant. This role is offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract (with potential for extension) working 37 hours per week - were also happy to accept applications from people who wish to work part time.This Customer Service Assistant role is a key part of our busy Leadership & Organisational Development (L&OD) team and will require you to provide administrative support on co-ordinating training programmes and events including managing attendance and maintainingother records.You will liaise with our associates, training programme or event delegates and members of the L&OD and wider WME team to schedule dates, organise training materials and respond to queries in a timely manner.We are based in a modern office space in Willenhall, where we regularly come together as functional and project teams to collaborate, and of course catch up. However, we do all also work from home and our clients sites across the region - generally were in the office one or two days a week.The ideal candidates for these roles will have the following skills and experiences:
