My client is a £185million turnover business with a growth strategy across 2023 which will see them achieve unprecedented growth. This growth will be supported through a twofold strategy of mergers & acquisitions and cash investment through LVC.The nature of my clients business is such that they have a real growth opportunity, which requires the input of an accounting professional, who understands that this growth will require a foundation of solid accounting practices and procedures which will enablea robust framework to support the commercial and technical upskilling of the teams.Key Aspects of the Commercial Financial Planning and Analysis Manager:* Commercial Management Reporting Pack* Identifying future acquisitions* Due Diligence * Budgeting and Forecasting* KPI creation for Sales & Operations* Competitor Analysis and Pricing Structure* Management Accounts - taking variances and action point to stakeholders* Marketing Rationalisation - Cost to Return ratios* Project Management* Ad-hoc ReportingYou will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a reporting suite which will be to a senior stakeholder group, who are not all from a finance background.
