Job Description

Online Retail Sales Wigston£22,737 p.a. plus bonus scheme

The Company:ER Recruitment is working exclusively with a non-profit charity who provide compassionate care for patients, their family, and carers. Our client is looking for an a passionate and commercially minded individual to drive their online retail sales.Role & Responsibilities of the Online Retail Sales:
  • Maintain and develop all charity ecommerce platforms including e-Bay, Depop, Shopiago and any other suitable sites.
  • Create online sales listings, ensure sufficient flow of goods on all e-commerce sites.
  • Handle transactions and stock in a timely and cost-efficient manner in order to achieve maximum profitability from donations.
  • Work towards ensuring annual targets are met.
  • Recruit, train and coach volunteers to support the online team in researching, photographing, listing and packing items.
  • Create and implement new policies.
About You as the Online Retail Sales:
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Knowledge and experience of creating listings on eBay, Depop and other ecommerce platforms.
  • Had a personal impact on driving profit through online or retail sales.
  • Passion for photography and image editing.
  • Understanding of SEO.
  • A commercially minded and self-driven individual who is not afraid to try new things.
