Our client is a market-leading manufacturer of power tools & accessories and due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Training Instructor to deliver training courses to support the needs of sales teams, internal departments, authorised dealersand end users.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a home known brand and would suit an experienced, proactive candidate with a helpful and dedicated attitude to training. Key Activities* To ensure a high level of quality, efficiency, and consistency in providing training needs for internal staff and external customers* Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with all department staff* To be responsible for delivering product knowledge via training sessions for the employees and customers either at Factory Service Centres or off-site.* To implement the training program for all Factory Service Centres in the UK* To assist with the review of the training courses* To liaise with Regional Sales Managers and internal department managers on the relevant training requirements for their team* To meet targeted training KPIs* To provide hands-on demonstrations of products* To answer training queries via phone or email* To assist with reporting on a monthly log of training attendees/courses* To organise, review and plan for the following months training programsSkills & Experience* Previous experience in a training capacity * Previous experience in construction, woodworking or engineering* Hands-on experience of power tools or similar* Excellent planning and organisational skills* Confident with strong communication skillsDo you like the sound of this position If you have solid experience as a Training Instructor then we want to talk to you.
