Stores Manager (Manufacturing)£28,000-£32,000 + Company Benefits WiganAre you a Stores Manager from a manufacturing background looking for a varied, dynamic role where you will be given autonomy to implement your own process managing a small team and the day-to-day running of a highly successful Manufacturing companyOn offer is a long term, permanent role with a highly successful Holiday/Mobile-Home manufacturing business that have been running for over 80 years and are still growing.This company manufacture Holiday-Homes and are looking for a Stores Manager from a similar manufacturing background to order in parts, over-see stock reports and manage a small team.This role would suit a Stores Manager from a manufacturing background looking for a varied role where you can implement your own processes.THE ROLE:

  • Book in deliveries
  • Deal with queries from shop floor, including work order revision requirements.
  • Raising return notes, including when an onsite repair is required by a supplier engineer (for chassis, showers, windows etc)
  • Manage the day-to-day supervision of 3 forklift truck drivers and 1 material controller.
THE PERSON
  • Stores Manager from Manufacturing background
  • Experienced with ERP Systems (preferably SYSPRO)
