The Successfule applicants will;Have good attention to detail in relevant trade..NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent in a core trade.Possess an excellent understanding of all Health & Safety practices..Be a team player who can also work independently..Understand drawings..Have excellent time management and organsiational skills..Be accountable..Must have own tools..Be able to interpret and follow a programme of works.*A DBS check is required for this role**Able to carry out 1st, 2nd and final fix works*The person:Must have experience in fit out projects. Will have a minimum of 4 years Post Qual experiance in relevant trade and have contactable references. You will need to have an excellent understanding of site based construction projects. Be Used to working onseveral projects at any one-time whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Able to productively work to tight deadlines, targets and timescales.Established teams and individuals equally encouraged to apply
