Job Description

Service ManagerWigan £36,000 Basic Salary -£48,000 On Target Earnings -Overachievement Bonus -Company Car -No Saturdays -Our client, abusy franchised dealership, inWiganthe requirement for an experiencedService Manager / Aftersales Manager to join theirestablished and high performing Aftersales team.ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Manager / Aftersales Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.
Experience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements:
  • 2 years Service Manager/Aftersales Manager Experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
  • Franchised Dealership Experience
Remuneration & Benefits
  • £36,000 Basic Salary
