You will get the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team of staff who arecommitted to providing a high level of customer service to all clients and students both face to face and over the telephone. This is a varied role with periods of very high demand, you will gain significant experience about the operational perspective ofa large organisation and responding appropriately to a wide variety of enquiries and situations. This role would be ideal for a person with a strong background in providing customer care who is committed to supporting both young people and adults to accessopportunities that will transform their lives. The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly self-motivated, results driven, possesses good communication skills and who is passionate about improving the lives of people and communities .
