Picker / Packer | Wigan WN5| Temp - Perm |Full Time Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Salary: £10.42 per hour Gi Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable company providing lighting/decorations/home furnishings for the seasonal periods. This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leading company that offer agency staff a welcoming, friendly environment as a workplace. Previous experience within warehousing in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Full induction will be provided aftera successful application. Duties Your role as a packer will include: * Sorting and moving materials/goods in the warehouse* Picking, inspecting, and packing products* Labelling and packing boxes ready for distribution* Stocking and restocking shelves ready for shipment* Managing orders and putting them in the correct delivery areas* Using scanners to manage goods in and out.* Being proactive and working in a fast-paced environment* Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.The successful Packer must be: * Hardworking * Reliable * Good timekeeper * Great communicator Work Location: In person At Gi Group, we pride ourselves in the relationships we build with our candidates, enabling full potential and career growth!
