Due to an ever-increasingworkload and new contracts, they are looking for a National Service Manager to oversee their team of 20 Field Assessors.In this autonomous role, you will be responsible for overseeing the workload, training and productivity of every Assessor up and down the UK. You will focus on operational efficiency, future strategies, recruitment of new staff and appraisals / developmentof current staff.
