Job Description

Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful business near Wigan to recruit an ambitious Logistics Management Accountant. This is an opportunity not to be missed, which will allow the successful candidate to gain sought after and unique experience, as the business are currently going through an exciting buy-and-build journey.Responsibilities include:

Completion of month end management accounts
Support with production of weekly KPI reporting for the business
Monthly and weekly preparation of the customer cost statements
Business Partner with operational managers and customers, providing quality finance support
Business partnering across of external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, funders, investors)
Support in the annual budget process and subsequent re-forecast as required by the business
Provide weekly and monthly variance analysis of cost and KPI’s against the budget
Support the manager in providing commercial insight and analysis on the business results, including identifying trends
Ensure full and detailed reconciliations are completed monthly on all key areas of revenue and costs across your divisions
Continually review and challenge spend across the business maintaining and developing suitable analyses to assist operational managers with financial controls

Our client will consider candidates who are CIMA/ACCA qualified, or QBE with extensive Logistics experience.
