Tailor Made are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a well-established and fast-growing company in Wigan. They are seeking an IT Infrastructure and Security Administrator to join their team.Reporting to the IT Manager and working with the wider support team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving on the infrastructure and information security of the business. You will be expected to provide 3rd Line Support style functions and mentorship to the support team, as well as providing cover for the team where the business requires. The working hours will be on a rota basis between business hours currently 8am-8pm depending on the needs of the business through the year.The Role: ¨ To ensure continued compliance with all business and relevant third-party standards¨ Working with the head of compliance and IT Manager to meet new compliance standards¨ Completing and managing internal and external penetration and vulnerability tests, designing, and implementing a remediation plan¨ Act as a review point for Change Management, ensuring the process is adhered to¨ Act as an escalation point on a 3rd line basis to the 1st/2nd Line Engineers, helping to grow their skillset by walking them through the resolution for issues they cannot handle themselves¨ Scheduling regular maintenance and updates across the infrastructure of the estate to ensure it is line with the vulnerability policy of the business¨ Monitoring end-to-end system performance and proactively responding to patterns¨ Troubleshooting and providing root cause analysis on outages and helpdesk requests¨ Planning and implementing capacity changes in line with business needs¨ Managing SQL Server Maintenance plans to ensure the databases operate as efficiently as possible¨ Observe areas for improvement and help the department to implement changes to continuously improve¨ Own and maintain site security CCTV, Access Control and Alarms¨ Build on a BCMS framework to work towards ISO22301 (BCMS) complianceQualifications, Skills and Personal Attributes¨ 3+ Years of experience as a network administrator, or in an information security role¨ Experience implementing and maintaining ISO27001 and (or) ISO22301 compliance within a technology department¨ Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2016 & 2019 management, as well as the 365 suites¨ Experience with either (or both) Microsoft SQL and Windows PowerShell languages¨ Experience managing Hybrid Azure/On-Prem AD¨ Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels within the business¨ Good analytical and troubleshooting skills including clarifying an issue with stakeholders¨ Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, deadlines, and resolve conflict without the need for escalationFor more information, please contact Charlotte SinarBy submitting your CV to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd you are consenting to Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising Tailor Made Sourcing Ltd to work seek on your behalf.
