Graduate / Trainee Manufacturing EngineerWigan£27,000-£32,000 + Bonus + Enhanced Pension Scheme + Full Training + Progression + Company BenefitsAre you an Engineering Graduate looking for the opportunity to kick start your career in Manufacturing within a multi-million £ leading manufacturer where you will receive full training and work closely with the Operations Director offering the opportunityto make the role your own and a clear progression structure right through to directorshipThis leading company produce roofing and similar products for a broad range of projects, primarily in residential and industrial settings. They have seen continual growth since their establishment over 30 years ago to the point they now have 90 staff members,and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their friendly team.This varied role will see you receive full training as you undertake a range of office and project based responsibilities. You will play a key part in the whole manufacturing process, as you assist with design, occasional shop floor support, manufacturing efficiencyprocesses and undertake liaison with the operations director, other departments and customers.This exciting role would suit a Graduate looking to kick start their career in engineering within a leading company who offer full training on all aspects of the manufacturing process and a bonus to increase your earnings.The Role:

  • Full Training provided
  • Office and workshop based
  • Undertake varied manufacturing project work
  • Liaise with Operations Director, other teams and customers
  • Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30
  • Progression structure right through to directorship
