Job Description

Lowri Beck, part of the Calisen Group, is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business. As a result of this growth, we are looking for a Team Members to join our Field Work Resource departmentbased in Wigan.Working within a defined geographical area and liaising with meter reading operatives in this area, you will create cost effective and manageable work routes using a truck stop route planning system, taking into consideration different contractual demands& performance to ensure performance targets are met. This may involve rearranging appointments that have failed and communicating with both customers and suppliers. The job also involves working closely with the meter installation scheduling team to providemulti-skilled engineers with sufficient routes. Contacting customers, rearranging work and appointments, checking schedules, and ensuring work is downloaded are also part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, handling supplier queries and addressingcustomer complaints are important tasks in this role,This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday on a rota basis – between 7:30am – 6:00pm (7:30am – 3:30pm / 10:00am – 6:00pm) working on a hybrid basis whereby you will work from home, but also required to attend the Wiganoffice at least 2 days per week. The salary for the role is £21,450.00 per annum.Why work for Lowri Beck

What we are looking for
  • Good standard of education (GCSE’s including Maths & English or equivalent)
  • Experience working within a customer focused environment.
  • Previous allocation or scheduling experience is advantageous, particularly in the metering industry, where you will have a good understanding of the suppliers you will be working on behalf of, but this is not a necessary requirement.
  • Computer literate with the ability to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team while also showing initiative when working on your own.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
