Job Description

We are currently looking for customer service advisorsto work with our long-standing client, who produce innovative solutions for flat roofs, pitched roofs and the waterproofing industry. The successful candidate would be working in their office based inAppley Bridge.Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing orders accurately
  • Liaising with suppliers and other depots to ensure collection and delivery dates are achieved
  • Confirming deliveries with customers and assisting with their queries
  • Dealing with invoice queries and raising credit notes
  • Manage your own personal development in line with objectives agreed
  • Providing reception cover when required including meet-and-greet and operating the switch board
Skills / Experience:
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Desk based administration experience
  • Planning and organising
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Word processing and IT skills
