A manufacturingoperation that runs 24/5, with investment in a new ERP system. Complete process mapping and even some SOPs to create youll work closely with the team to turn potential into reality.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer - Textiles, ManufacturingReview and analyse current MES capability and potential. Process map and create SOPs for key roles. Improving process control through operator led activities. Create daily, weekly, monthly reports on machine efficiency. Play a key stakeholder role in the implementation and preparation of a new ERP system. Consistently promote the goal of RFT.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Continuous Improvement Engineer, Process Engineer - Textiles, ManufacturingTo be successful in your application, you will be able to demonstrate how you have previously implemented systems and processes with quantifiable outcomes. Youll be a driver for activity and engagement, comfortable on the shop floor working and speaking withoperators, gathering data, knowledge and credibility as well presenting to the senior leadership team.You will be able to illustrate: A proven track record within a mass manufacturing environment (could by Automotive, Food, Chemical, Electronics, FMCG or Textiles or others). Experience in working with a formal QMS - any experience of implementing new ERP systems is an advantage. How you win hearts and minds to gain trust and credibility within the team.
