Commercial Litigation / Debt Recovery Solicitor NQ-2yrs PQELaw firm who specialises in debt recovery and litigation services, are recruiting for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ-2years PQE or Paralegal.The successful candidate will be handling debt recovery and enforcement, insolvency, commercial litigation, property litigation, and landlord and tenant matters.You will be trusted to manage a caseload with a diverse range of clients.The debts that you will be instructed to recover could range from a few hundred pounds to over one million.Small track, fast-track and multi-track litigation. In our fast-paced environment you will develop your procedural, tactical and commercial awareness.You will use the CPR and our online legal research resources to develop your civil litigation skills, achieving great results for our clients.You will be a confident negotiator when speaking to debtors and be agile in changing strategy when required.You will attend meetings with Directors to discuss strategy and planning for high-value or complex matters.You will join a supportive, collaborative environment where our people are happy, positive, and approachable.Hours 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to FridaySalary dependent on PQEIf you have the right skills / experience and would like to be considered for this vacancy, please contact me, or apply nowt:
