We are currently recruiting for College Administrator for a highly recognised college in Greater Manchester.We have two permanent positions: One permanent-term time only with a salary between £17389-£18973 One permanent full time with a salary between £19451- £21223This college is rated as Good by Ofsted and has over 9000 students. As a growing College, they are in a strong position to continue to invest in their campuses with the development of state of the art facilities.The role of the College Administrator will be to facilitate the effective administration of timetabling and registers across the College curriculum areas and to ensure compliance with funding and audit requirements and efficient timetabling of all college events,examinations and assessments.Duties and responsibilities of the College and Data Administrator Be responsible for the collection, selective input and processing of timetabling and register data and to ensure timetables and any modifications are inputted and completed accurately in accordance with prescribed time scales. Register / timetabling / accommodation issues Maintain accurate computerised student records in line with funding requirements Maintain the course files, ensuring all course data is accurate, ensuring compliance with funding and audit requirements. Ensure funding and compliance reports, such as DSAT, SCORE etc. are comprehensively reviewed, with actions taken to ensure funding claims are complete and compliant. Provide an efficient and effective level of support for the Management Information System and its operations, including the preparation of statistical records and in particular in the compilation of ILR and related claims for funding including contract managementreports. Prepare and maintain ILR files (Individual Learner Records) of all primary documents as required for audit purposes. Assist in the provision of regular and ad-hoc reports on specific data as required by management. Respond efficiently and professionally to enquiries and to maintain good relations with all clients. ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act and Freedom of Information ActSkills and Experience required for the College and Funding Administrator Previous experience of working in a related role Knowledge of funding and data processes would be highly desirable Experience in using MIS/Data software in an educational setting, such as PICS or Maytas would be a distinct advantage Knowledge of Word, Excel and databases.
