Fantastic benefits platform that includes discounts on travel, parking and gyms.Summary of the Duties of the Chemistry Lecturer/Tutor will include: Delivering outstanding teaching and learning to students who are undertaking Qualifications in Business from Levels 1 to 6 including BTECs, T Levels and Higher Education courses. Supporting students to achieve their fullest academic potential. Presenting constructive feedback and suggesting strategies for students improvement of performance and success. Providing progression outcomes to management in order to continuously improve teaching and learning. Monitoring and managing student attendance. To assist in the implementation of pastoral and welfare systems for students. To act as a Personal Tutor when necessary by providing advice and guidance. Supporting the development of the course material and ensuring compliance with awarding bodies. To develop and deliver best practise in learning, teaching, and assessment. To assess students work in accordance with Quality standards and awarding body requirements. To complete documentation in line with college requirements.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications Required for the Chemistry Lecture/Tutor: Hold Teaching Qualifications such as PTLLS, Award in Education and Training. Be a qualified A Level Teacher and be up to date with A Level curriculum reform. Holds recognised industry qualifications in Chemistry to degree level. Have an up to date knowledge of current teaching, learning and assessment strategies. Extensive employment history as a Lecturer, Teacher or Trainer in Chemistry.
