Job Description

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a passionate Biology Teacher on the lookout for a long-term role Could you commit to a long-term position until July 2024 in Wigan If so wed love to hear from you!The role:

  • KS5 Biology Teacher (A Level and BTEC)
  • Wigan College
  • ASAP start
  • Full-time until July 2024
  • Pay up to £211.96 per day

The successful Biology Teacher will be expected todeliver A Level Biology in addition to teaching on a BTEC Applied Human Biology course.To be considered for this Biology Teacher position you must:
  • Hold QTS or equivalent
  • Have experience teaching Biology to KS5 students (16+)
  • Hold an enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
  • Provide a full career history with all gaps accounted for
  • Provide a minimum 2 references including your most recent employment reference
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
