As a result of continued growth, our client a highly reputable firm of chartered accountants in Wigan are now seeking to recruit an ambitious Accounts & Audit Senior or Assistant Manager to join their team.This is an opportunity for a talented Senior looking for their next step up or a current Assistant Manager wanting to join a dynamic, technology driven accountancy practice.The successful individual will undertake a varied role in which the workload will involve leading/ supervising audits from planning to completion, the preparation of statutory accounts along with the associated corporate tax computations and will have a good working knowledge of reporting standards (particularly FRS102). In addition the role will involve the training and development of junior members of staff and plenty of client interaction so strong communication skills are essential.
