Job Description

Business: SARIA’s UK operations have a market-leading presence in a wide range of sectors associated with the food chain. The Group’s companies manufacture quality products for use in human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, aquaculture,and industrial applications. The company also produces biofuels and renewable energy and provides services for farming and the food industry. The company has a UK annual turnover approaching £280 million and employs around 1,000 people at 19 sites across thecountry.PositionApplications are invited for a Technical Administrator based at our SecAnim Ltd, Widnes Site. This is a full time, permanent position working 40hours per week, Monday to Friday.The role involves gathering, recording, and reporting technical data to internal and external stakeholders. Carry out office related tasks, inclusive of financial tasks and reporting. Also ensuring Health and Safety, along with Environmental compliance isadhered to.Requirements:

  • Provide support to the Plant Operations Manager and assist with the preparation of management and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports within required timescales.
  • Be involved with various project work.
  • To provide general support to the Finance team.
  • Communicate with government bodies. And update data held on Web based registers.
  • Environmental and general compliance under IPPC regulations and EMS 14001 accreditation.
  • Preparing data for on-site Audits for customers.
Person:
  • Experience of working within an administrative and/or financial function, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The ability to produce reports and communicate findings effectively.
  • A good understanding of Health & Safety legislation in the workplace.
  • The ability to work well individually and in a team.
  • Be self-motivated with a desire to succeed and develop own skills and knowledge.
  • Have good decision making skills and be able to prioritise the workload.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to converse at all levels.
