Job Description

Temporary Groundworker RoleRecruitment Agency reference: 7174110/001A position Groundworker within a leading contractor based in Merseyside. This is a key role on a temporary ongoing basis. It is paying between £18.00 - £20.00 per hour. (CIS Basis)The successful candidate must have experience as a Ground WorkerYour duties will include:

  • Working as part of the responsive repairs team completing groundworking duties on the external areas of social housing properties
  • Carrying out all aspects of groundwork including Drainage, Paving and Pathways
  • Using a PDA system to receive and sign off completed jobs
  • Working as part of a team where needed
  • Completing reactive bricklaying work where needed
  • Completing fencing and concreting of paths and pads
The successful candidate should have:
  • Timeserved Bricklayer/Groundworker
  • City & Guilds/NVQ in Groundworking or Bricklayingwould be desirable
  • CSCS Card (Desirable)
