Our client a young female child aged 2 years old with complex care needsSevere hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, dystonia, unsafe swallow and reflux requires Waking Night Carersto provide full care and support to all her clinical needs. You will havean opportunity to develop and gain news skills including: PEG feeding, suctioning, and clinical observations.Prior to lone working with our client, there will be an opportunity to work shadow shifts.You will receive 24/7 support from Clinical Nurse Team. Competencies are assessed by our Nurses and you will receive ongoing clinical and mandatory training. We arecommitted to your ongoing professional development.Shift patterns are: 22:00pm - 08:00am Waking NightsRates of Pay: £12.33 to £14.34 (inclusive of holiday pay)You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed in all that you do.
