Job Description

Our mission is to unlock the full potential of each student, fosteringpersonal growth and academic achievement.Responsibilities: As an LSA, you will:

  • Support the learning and development of students aged 5 to 19.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement individualized education plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assist students with various learning needs, including moderate learning difficulties and complex requirements.
  • Contribute to creating engaging and accessible learning experiences.
  • Promote independence and social development among learners.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience working with learners with moderate learning difficulties.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
