Job Description

My client is part of an international group of companies and have a worldwide reach. Due to continued success the seek an experienced Fabricator to join their teamRole:

  • Guillotine and press brake experience
  • Forming and handling of thin gauge sheet metals
  • To be able to understand and work independently from technical / engineering drawings
  • Previous experience of operating and setting sheet metal machinery such as press brakes, spot welders and rolling machines
  • Use of press and form tooling
  • Actively support parts, tooling and process improvements
    • You will need:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in fabrication and welding in a manufacturing / production environment
  • Prior stainless steel and aluminium TIG welding experience
  • City & Guilds Welding Skills or equivalent is beneficial but not essential
  • To be willing to work overtime when required
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work on own initiative and solve problems as they arise
  • A proven hands on team play with a flexible approach to meet deadlines when required
  • Knowledge of H&S, quality systems and their application within a manufacturing environment
