Our Bristol head office is in the semi-rural village of Wick, close to Bath, local shops and amenities close by with ample freeparking on site.We provide in-house training, offer future career development opportunities, and believe all this is why our people enjoy their careers at Clip and why the average length of service for our team is over 25 years.About this Internal Sales jobThis Internal Account Manager Jobs in Bristol and based full time in our UK head office.You will receive full training and support, and will be phased into the Account Managers role, where you will become the first point of contact for all incoming client sales inquiries.The Internal Account Managers job role is to support us to hit and exceed our product sales targets. The support required to achieve this will be varied, exciting and dynamic.The Internal Account Manager jobs responsibilitiesReporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, the Internal Account Manager jobs responsibilities include:

  • First point of client contact for all incoming product inquiries, advise, and quote the appropriate product solution
  • Managing the administrative process of all sales orders, including client data entry onto CRM, raising quotes, processing orders, raising pre-payment invoices.
  • Working closely with the stock and production department keeping an eye on stock availability, tracking information through internal systems, and raising awareness on low stock levels.
  • Managing the client order dispatch process, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Dealing with client issues in a customer focused and commercial manner.
  • Attend face to face marketing events with the Sales and Marketing Director and general sales team as needed, to promote the Company and generate sales leads.
  • Carry out face to face product demonstrations at our HQ to clients when needed.
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks where appropriate

  • Proven experience working in a similar sales administration job within a manufacturing / product business / SME.
  • Experience within the events and / or print sector is highly desirable but not essential.
