Key responsibilities of a Weekend Viewer/Negotiator
  • Carry out viewings on properties for sale
  • Effectively handle all enquiries whether in the office, by telephone, by email or on company appointments.
  • Maximise all sales opportunities - win valuations, mortgage appointments, conveyancing and survey instructions.
  • Provide great customer service to all our customers.
  • Understand and work within all legislative and compliance standards.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Weekend Viewer/Negotiator
  • Mature, confident attitude and approach
