Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join an ever-growing Peterborough, Cambridgeshire organisation, our client is seeking a proactive Supply and Customer Service Administrator who has excellent communication skills and can offer their suppliers and customers the highest standard of service. You must have a proven track record working within a similar role.You will need to be customer focused at all times and have ambition to progress within a large industry.Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls in timely and professional manner- whether it needs to be redirected, message taken or dealt with immediately
  • Booking transport In and Out, exchanges, parcel collections, sending samples, postage
  • Issue packing lists to suppliers and customers within set deadlines
  • Recording information, using ERP system and spreadsheets
  • Meet and greet visitors to the site and ensure that they sign in and are issued with the correct P.P.E.
  • Replenishment of office stationery
  • Participate in stock takes
  • Adhoc duties as and when required and not limited within the role
  • Career minded person with aim to study, learn and grow
  • Experience/Skills required:
  • High standards of customer service
  • Articulate with ability to speak to people at different levels
  • Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Have strong knowledge and experience in using Word, Excel, Outlook, any ERP system
  • Must enjoy working with data, getting it right 1st time whilst working under pressure
  • Be able to adapt in a quickly changing environment.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team
