Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team on a Fixed Term Contract for six months in the position of Delivery Coordinator.Do you feel you have the skills & personality to succeed within a busy customer service environment Have you got experience in handling large volumes of inbound and outbound calls working in a call centre If yes, this role could be for you.This is a part time position - Monday Friday, 20 hours per week - 10.00am - 2.00pm.Your duties would include but not limited to the following;

  • Confirm deliveries with customers when transport have planned
  • Check Delivery details to ensure accurate
  • Support the transport and customer with excellent attention to detail
  • Liaise with the customers, logistics and customer service to resolve queries
  • Any other duties as requested by your manager
    • About you;
  • Drive to provide excellent customer services
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident & outgoing personality
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and MS teams
