As a Clinical Night Manager that will mean making sure the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. It will mean providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibilityfor resident care in the Home Managers absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service thats unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.HC-One are looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice and a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, its all about your brilliant, positive energy and naturalability to get along with people. Youll be a great leader and mentor with clinical auditing experience and great record keeping skills. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, youll be truly considerate and kind.Safeguarding is everyones responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are requiredto attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
