Joinus and help to support our brilliant customers with learning disabilities.We help our customers live independently with support from our fantastic team who help customers to cook, clean theirhome andaccess the community when needed and live independently. Each of our customers have aperson-centeredLIFE aspiration plan where wesupport them all daily to achieve their goals. This can be doing anything from keeping theirhome clean and tidy to booking adream holiday.There will be personal care support at this service as well.We help change our customers lives for the better. As a Supported Living Coordinator, youll play your part by assisting in the delivery of tasks that are based on our customers personal support plans, and their needs and aspirations.Youll work with our Senior Support Workers and external agencies to assess and engage support for our customers. We empower our customers to develop the independent living skills they need, to successfully move on. Together well make a difference!About youYoure passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. Youll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.Youll also havesomeexperience in safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, support plans, alongside working collaboratively.To make sure that we keep our records straight, and customers safe, its really important that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)It would be amazing if youve had a job in this type of environment before, however its your can do positive attitude and enthusiasm that are critical to make this role a success.
