Senior Service Desk EngineerOpportunity for a Senior Service Desk Engineer to join an exciting growing Managed Service Provider in North Shields.Salary between £26,000-£32,000 depending on experience plus benefits.Apply online or contact Nathan Finlay via /Who we are: We are an industry leading service provider going through a period of growth. What will you be doing The Senior Service Desk Engineer will be joining a team adding the value of their technical skills supporting complex queries. You will help others around you as part of our desire to keep everyone always developing. You will occasionally visit our clientswhen required, assisting with complex on site issues.Essential Skills
  • Understanding of VMWare ESXi / vSphere management
  • Understanding of Hyper-v
  • Experience with MS365
  • Vast experience with NAT, IPv4, VLAN and Proxies.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Demonstrate a full 360 view on how a site is structured from connection to routers, switches and servers.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
