Job Description

Our client based in North Tyneside are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to start ASAP on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a small, friendly and professional team who are very successful in what they do and whowill support you in your development.Hours: 2 different shifts to rotate between Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm / 9:30am-6pm - due to the early start proximity to a metro station or own transport would be ideal - Reduced working hours are offered in non-term timeStart date: ASAPSalary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experienceLocation: North TynesideHoliday Entitlement: 25 days holidays plus Bank Holidays, these cannot be taken during school term time.Free parking available onsiteDuties:

  • Team administration, supporting Consultants
  • Screening advertisement responses by calling candidates and discussing their requirements
  • Candidate records - compliance checks and ensuring we have all necessary information
  • Help in weekly payroll management, preparation, and payment
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Assist recruiters in posting job adverts on career pages
Requirements:
  • Administration and Customer Service experience
  • Computer literate
  • Good organisational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills verbal and written
  • Extremely high standards
  • Compassion and desire to help candidates
