Job Description

Project Coordinator: London: FurnitureOur client is an innovative and forward thinking company in the Furniture industry, They are looking for a Project Coordinator. Furniture experience not necessary. This role would fit someone with a logistical/fitter background- someone who wants to potentially go into project management but starting in support role.

  • Adding all job sheets to Trello and Team Up
  • Sending full list of new jobs from the week to PM team
  • Returning any incomplete JS to AM
  • Chasing suppliers for order confirmations a maximum of 4 days from JS going on to Trello
  • Updating all PM software including, but not limited to, Trello and Team Up.
  • Running weekly Project meetings with all AM
  • Informing account managers of any late items and chasing suppliers for improvement
  • Chasing all suppliers for update from suppliers 4 weeks from order date.
  • Confirming various run schedule of delivery
  • Keeping the Stock sheet up to date.
  • Arranging collection for any stock that is used/sold and updating system
  • Taking in deliveries to for jobs and making a record of them on Trello
  • Administering agreed site protocol for assigned jobs
  • Managing completion of snagging with manufacturers of various run jobs
  • Ensuring all snags are closed off on assigned jobs
  • Meeting with accounts each week to review which projects can be invoiced.
  • Closing all completed jobs on Trello
  • Offer help and support to all colleagues and covering R&R’s when colleagues are absent
