Job Description

Job Title: Order AdministratorLocation: BlackburnSalary: Up to £21,000 dependent on experienceFull time, permanentWorking as part of a friendly and fast paced team, the Sales Administrator will be responsible for sales order processing, this includes:

  • Offering excellent customer service at all times
  • Organising and processing incoming customer orders
  • Taking inbound telephone calls from customers
  • Place customer orders onto the ordering system
  • Contacting customers regarding their order when necessary to update on delivery times
  • Raising invoices
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems
  • Data entry
