Job Description

Retail Project CoordinatorLocation: WeybridgeThe companyHarvest Energy is a member of the Prax Group, a leading independent trading, storage, distribution, and retail conglomerate dealing in petroleum products and biofuels. Harvest Energy has created a distinctive brand identity and is one of the fastest growingfuel brands globally. There are over 100 Harvest branded sites, and we supply a further 100+ unbranded sites with quality fuels and fuel related services. Harvest Energy operates its own forecourts in conjunction with the Londis shop offering and partner withSpar, Co-Op & Morrisons at our other branded sites. Many of our sites provide services from our retailing partners Costa, Greggs, & Subway.The role is primarily focused on liaising with the head of retail and area managers and assisting with expansion and improvement projects. This demands attention to detail of all aspects. Manage and monitor the maintenance of all sites through e-maintenancesystem and ensure jobs are prioritised and completed in a timely manner.Principal Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the expansion and improvement projects.
  • Liaising with suppliers and providing continuity to the shop and improvement project.
  • Manage and monitor the maintenance of all sites through e-maintenance system.
  • Regular monitoring of maintenance work and ensure all planned maintenance is being performed and the service level agreements are met and accurate and up to date records are kept.
  • Maintenance and control of the Site Licences & certificates (Fuel & Electrical).
  • Property Leases and licences, work to ensure all conditions on the lease licence are in place (Lease Register check off).
  • Maintain inventory of company properties/assets including spare units (Pumps, poll signs etc).
  • Deal with insurance claims related to incidents at site level, process, follow up and ensure settlements are dealt with quickly.
  • Dealing with site issues and assisting them with any queries.
  • Ad hoc assistance with reports and management as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Managing multisite operations and coordination of projects a must.
  • Experience within the retail environment or any FMCG environment desirable.
  • Previous maintenance management experience in a similar environment desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Personal skills/attributes required:
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and accomplish tasks in assigned time frame.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
